Imagine an HR system, powered by machine learning, supported by psychology, that tracks these emotions, sentiments and moods, and turns them into tangible insights and actions, without showing bias.

Behind the scenes
In 6 hours, the Experience Centre team of technologists, UX & UI designers, creatives, behavioural psychologists, came together to research, brainstorm, flesh out the strategy and user experience, and went to work into creating a working prototype of Aura to showcase at the end of the conference.
